Over the course of our company’s existence we have had the opportunity to be interviewed by some great national and local news companies. One of the shows Chad and I have frequented is the CTV Saskatoon Morning Live. We went on when we launched our Saskatoon Transit App back in October 2012 and again in July to talk about a few of the great apps we had recently launched (Affinity, Lemonade Day and Learnzillion).
CTV Saskatoon has always been so welcoming and really makes us feel at ease and provides a great professional and fun environment to talk about our apps. We not only build great apps in our office but we are also always talking about new awesome apps in the market. We had the idea that we should go on their show to talk about other great apps in the market. I had my first segment last week and went on and talked about 3 awesome apps that we love in our office:
1. Zite – Free for iPhone, iPad, Android and Windows Phone
2. Evernote Food – Free for iPad, iPhone and Android smartphones
3. Everest – Free for iPhones
I got to chat with one of their hosts, Heather Marcoux, about the apps and was blown away, as usual, by how fast those 4 minutes go by! Time flies when you are having fun.
