The release of the I Am Not 4 Sale app. Which focuses on preventing sexual exploitation has done very well in getting the word out in the release to the public. Being covered by Newspaper, Radio and TV. As Egadz executive director Don Miekle said the app is really about trying to save lives. “We constantly lose kids and hopefully, this will save one kid. If we can save one kid, this has been worth it…we want to save hundreds.”. “All young people, download this app and if they’re in trouble or want to self-harm or are in a bad situation, call us and we’ll respond”.
As we described at the release the app is intended to get kids help at an earlier stage hoping to prevent situations getting worse. So if a child reaches out at an early stage maybe we can prevent later problems by addressing issues earlier. We at Push are proud to work on the project and we hope it is very successful in saving a lot of lives.
